We create fragrance to shape atmosphere and bring a sense of place into everyday life. Each composition is guided by balance and restraint, then hand-poured in small batches with thoughtful attention to materials and detail.

We choose our materials with care, from our wax blend and wicks to the fragrance oils that give each composition its character. Our fragrance oils are phthalate-free and paraben-free, selected for their nuanced profiles and how they perform in a candle.

Our candles are made with a plant-based coconut-soy wax blend, chosen for its smooth finish and the way it carries fragrance. We pair each composition with a carefully selected wick to support an even, balanced burn.

Our materials are selected to work together, with equal attention to fragrance, form, and the experience of a lit candle.

• Wax: Plant-based coconut-soy wax.
• Wicks: Unbleached cotton or wooden wicks, selected for each candle.
• Fragrance: Phthalate-free and paraben-free fragrance oils, chosen for depth, balance, and character.

We believe in being transparent about where our materials come from. Our ingredients and wax formulations are sourced and made in the USA, as are most of our vessels. We also select vessels from international sources for their distinctive forms.

Inspired by place and guided by balance, our fragrances are developed to give a room a distinct atmosphere. From the grounding warmth of Cedarwood Blanc to the crisp character of White Tea, each composition is considered for how its notes unfold together and inhabit a space.

Every Grace & Saxon order is prepared with meticulous care at our studio. 

Preparation Timeline: Orders are carefully packaged and sent within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Options: We offer tracked standard ground shipping and expedited options at checkout, allowing you to choose the service that best suits your needs.

Once your order leaves our studio, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey to your home.

While carrier transit times and unexpected delays remain outside our direct control, our studio team is here to assist with tracking delayed shipments and determining the best path forward.

We want every Grace & Saxon composition to find its proper home. If an unused, unlit piece isn't quite right, we gladly welcome returns within 14 days of delivery.

• Eligibility Requirements: Pieces should be returned in their original box configuration and condition.
• The Refund Process: Once your parcel arrives back at the studio and is reviewed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Original shipping fees are non-shared, and return transit remains the client's care unless a piece arrives compromised.
• A Note on Olfactory Personalization: Because scent is deeply personal and subjective, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products that have been burned, tested, opened, or altered. To preserve the integrity of our small-batch crafting, these pieces must remain in their pristine state.

Compromised Deliveries: Should your order experience any rough handling in transit, arrive defective, or prove incorrect, please let us know via our Contact Page within 5 days of arrival. Kindly share your order number and a quick photograph of the outer carton and the affected vessel, and our studio team will promptly arrange a replacement from current inventory.

Transit Delays: While carrier transit times remain outside our direct control, we are always happy to assist in locating delayed or lost parcels to help determine the best path forward.

Modifications: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please reach out to the studio immediately via our Contact Page. Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch preparation, adjustments can no longer be accommodated.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased during seasonal promotions, final sales, or limited-edition runs are final sale and ineligible for return.

Exchanges: Grace & Saxon does not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is returned, a refund will be processed so a new order may be placed for your preferred scent profile.
